Custom-Made Orders

Because every garment at Sai Bridal & Sai Fashion is made to order based on your specific measurements and customizations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items unless there is a manufacturing defect or a significant error on our part.

Defects & Errors

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error we made (wrong color, wrong style, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of delivery at saibridalny@gmail.com with photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue — including alterations, replacement, or a partial refund at our discretion.

Sizing Issues

We make garments exactly to the measurements provided at checkout. We are not responsible for sizing issues that result from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer. Please double-check your measurements using our Size Guide before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Damages in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and packaging. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to make it right.
